Wills and Probate

QHM Lawyers is experienced in the drafting of wills and provision of probate services as follow:

  • powers of attorney;
  • estate and trust administration; and
  • charitable bequests, foundations or trusts.

Although there is no legal obligation to make a Will, if you die without leaving a validly signed Will your assets are distributed according to law –the table of intestacy. This may result in your loved ones not receiving the benefit you would have chosen.

It is especially important to make a Will if you have children aged under 18 years, so that you nominate your preferred guardians and to ensure that arrangements are in place for your child/ren’s maintenance and education.

QHM Lawyers prepares tailored Will’s, depending on individual needs, from $165 (including GST).
